1921 (31 Aug), American Consular Service legal size cover franked with 2x2c carmine rose, tied by "U.S.S. New Orleans Aug 31 1921" cds, supported by "Vladivostok Siberia" duplex handstamps, minor cover wrinkles, fine (USS New Orleans, a naval protective cruiser saw action during the Spanish-American War, 1898. It was stationed in Vladivostok from 17 July to 20 December, 1919, supporting the Allied force in Siberia and again from 30 May to 3 October, 1921)
