1922 Issue for the Upper Silesia, large Postal Manifest (folded once) headed "Obwieszczenie U.P. Katowice 1", announcing Polish stamps in the former territory of Upper Silesia, with 14 different stamps, including 5f-75 Eagle and 1m-20m Miner, each handstamped "U.P. Katowice" (Urzad Pocztowy Katowice) and dated 19 June, 1922, further stating that all previous stamps will no longer be valid for postage, fine and rare document
