This sale contains 1,353 lots of Rare Stamps and Postal History of the World, with United States and European countries, including Austria, France and Colonies, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain, and others. Great Britain and British Commonwealth are well represented, covering all Reigns with many high values and sets from Aden to Zanzibar. Also featured is a collection of Imperial China, with Dowagers and extensive Red Revenues which include small 4c and inverted 2c and $5 overprints. This section is followed by solid selection from Republic of China (Taiwan) and PRC souvenir sheets. From Egypt (Kingdom), there is a fine showing of used and unused sets and postal history. This auction concludes with a strong selection of 250 large lots and collections ranging from single country albums to specialized collections (Postal History of Louisiana, British Commonwealth) and multi-carton worldwide properties and large cover lots.

1880-1987 large collections in stock books or specially prepared albums, housed in a carton, notably Samoa, including Kingdom, mixed used and unused, overprints on New Zealand, some high values, also complete Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea (also a stock book with additional sets), Cocos, Pitcairn, as well as two albums with hundreds of souvenir sheets and sheetlets from Cook Islands and Aitutaki.
