1910 Third Ponape Provisional 20h ultramarine, right half canceled by "Ponape 12/7/10" (First Day) pmk on cover addressed to Germany, with official handstamp alongside, filing fold at bottom away from the stamp, fine, with 2017 Steuer certificate. Due to shortage of 10pf stamps, the postmaster resorted to bisecting the existing stock of 20pf stamps to be used by sailors during the visit of the Imperial Fleet in Ponape (Mi.10H, €9,000)
