GERMAN WORLD WAR II OCCUPATION ISSUES Lithuania - Zarasai
1941 60k carmine, black overprint inverted, types II-III horizontal pair (pos.48-49), left stamp (type II) "941" instead of "1941" and accent on "I" of "VI" varieties, used, v.f. and scarce se-tenant, with 2007 Krischke certificate. (Michel value is approximate, based on premiums for the better types II and III, also for se-tenant pair, the overprint variety as well as the premium for the inverted overprint; needless to say, the pair must be scarce given all the premiums placed on it)
