 | Lot #486 FRENCH COLONIES Tahiti 1923 (3 June) Chinese red-band cover with red "Moorea Oceania" departure pmk, date filled-in by hand, arriving in Papeete 5 June, charged 10c in blue crayon, with the addition of diagonal half of 1fr postage due, paying 50c postage due. Since the inter-Colonial rate was 25c, it is possible that the cover came from outside the Colony, arriving in Moorea and then sent to Papeete.
