1860 10k blue & rose, beautiful bright colors, well centered for issue, tied by indistinct pmk on Folded Letter from Wirballen (22 Feb 1863) to Wilna, with bilingual "Kibarty" 7/3 departure cds below, "Polucheno Wilna" arrival 24 Feb postmark on back, vertical filing fold away from the stamp, letter refolded at bottom, fresh and fine
