1909-30 collection with numerous Charity labels, Revenues, Postal Savings Stamps, Philatelic Export Tax stamps, better items including 1909 "to Aid the Postman" (used), 1937 "Homage to the USSR" labels produced in Spain, also some covers including three large Tannu Tuva covers with total of 20 different stamps, Imperial Parcel cards and Money orders, Acknowledgement of Receipt of funds addressed to Russian-Asian Bank in Petrograd, Soviet cards serving the same purpose, some with fiscal franking, WWI POW cards from Siberia, Bukhara, etc.
