GREAT BRITAIN British Military Mission in Siberia
1919 (22 Aug) Canadian YMCA corner cacheted envelope endorsed "On Active Service", dated July 27th and sent via Vladivostok where "Field Post Office 201" was applied on 22 August, sent by a member of the 9th Hampshire Regiment (in Omsk or Krasnoyarsk), some backflap tears and cover wrinkling, otherwise fine usage. The British, short on personnel, only deployed 1,500 troops to Siberia and only a few covers have been recorded with Field Post Office No.201
