Mussolini, Benito Amilcare Andrea (1883-1945, Italian politician, journalist, and leader of the National Fascist Party, ruling the country as Prime Minister from 1922 until his ousting in 1943. He ruled constitutionally until 1925, when he dropped all pretense of democracy and set up a legal dictatorship. Known as Il Duce, Mussolini was one of the key figures in the creation of fascism). A partly printed document (immigration matters) headed "Vittorio Emanuele III Re d'Italia", boldly signed and dated (1935) by the King Victor Emmanuel III (1869-1947, King of Italy 1900-1946), and countersigned at bottom "Mussolini"

Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821), military general and the first emperor of France who is considered one of the world's greatest military leaders. ALS, four-page folio, date-lined St. Cloud, 17 August, 1808 to his stepson Prince Eugene Napoleon (Eugene Rose de Beauharnais, Duke of Lichtenberg was the first child and only son of Alexandre de Beauharnais and Josephine Tauscher de la Piggeries, first wife of Napoleon), addressed "Mon Fils", interesting text in which Napoleon discusses the affairs of State, Austria, War in Spain, troop movements. Endorsed at bottom "Votre Affectionee Pere" and boldly signed "NAPOLEON". A rare Napoleonic letter, of historic significance
