Stamps have been lifted for inspection and properly replaced on cover, minor thin spots, otherwise fine and extremely rare First plus Second Issue combination franking, signed Muller, with 2002 Ferchenbauer certificate ("Un einen Aussergewohnlich selten Brief!") 1863 (14 Oct) FL franked with 1860-63 Issues incl. 2kr yellow and 10kr brown, used in combination with 5kr rose and 15kr brown (Arms), tied by boxed Trieste pmks and used to Brescia (Sardinia), with transit and arrival pmks. The 5kr Arms has an interesting plate flaw with the upper part of the printing omitted, further affected by vertical filing fold, otherwise fine and spectacular four color mixed issue franking, with 1974 Matl cert.
