 | Lot #1242 BRITISH COMMONWEALTH AUSTRALIA Incoming Mail 1868 (Dec 3) cover from Dublin, Ireland, sent via Marseilles to East Melbourne, franked with scarce Great Britain 4p vermilion Plate 10 with winged margin and 1sh green, Plate 4 single and pair, all tied by neat Dublin cancels, with Melbourne arrival (Jan 21.69), the cover burst open in transit and repairs were made on arrival, with several boxed "Received Open at Post Office Melbourne and Refastened", a nice "damaged in the post" item, ex-Hugh Freeman
