 | Lot #1226 BRITISH COMMONWEALTH AUSTRALIA Incoming Mail 1852 (Apr 2) cover from Stowmarket (U.K.) to Adelaide, South Australia, franked with 2p blue, Plate 4 (SG 14) horizontal strip of four, "752" numeral cancels, with London (Ap 3) transit, Adelaide (Aug 14) arrival on reverse, fine. Interestingly the cover is addressed to "Austrian Felix" (Happy Southern Land) which was a name given by the explorer Sir Thomas Mitchell to the western section of Port Phillip in Victoria. This is seldom seen referencing South Australia. With 2010 BPA certificate
