Lot #911
HUNGARY
1888 5kr rose and black, numeral double, one inverted, h.r., v.f., with 2010 Gabor Visnyovszki certificate ("besides the second numeral it is a fully ready stamp. Probably the ready stamp was put by mistake in the numeral printing machine for the second time, inverted. It may have been taken from the post by stealing the refuse-material but it can also be that it has come out in a legal way (this is less likely). According to my opinion the inverted print (numeral 5) is original. Similar errors (double or inverted double numerals) are known with other denominations as well") and 2010 APS certificate. A rarity (with normal used copy included for comparison)
