 | Lot #1338 RUSSIA 1866 10k brown & blue, center inverted, tied on small piece by Poretschie, Goub. Grodno, 16 Jan 1875 cds, excellent color with clear center, fine, with 2003 Mikulski certificate. There are ten recorded examples of this inverted center, two canceled in Poretschie (others in Kibarty and Kursk), most of the known copies are defective.
