1898 (Nov) large part of a cover franked with a horizontal imperforate strip of five of 20pa violet on thin brownish paper, each stamp perforated "28" and canceled by multiple strikes of the circular Union Jack "Temenos" in violet, addressed to a member of the Rifle Brigade Kandia, bearing a "Rifle Brigade" Coat of Arms on backflap, folded horizontally and vertically (through the middle stamp), fine and very rare cover, signed Holcombe, with his 1987 certificate (SG B1var, £225 single, from x8 on cover)
