1914-18 World War I, collection of 2,300+ fieldpost cards, covers, lettersheets, etc., all with Fieldpost cancels, numbered and arranged by Keith Tranmer's "Austrian-Hungarian A.P.O.s 1914-1918" Catalogue (apparently totaling 42,774 Points), much of the material was acquired from Herbert Bloch 40-45 years ago, some of the items contain historical write-ups, unit affiliations, censor markings, some with stamps, majority free-franks, also an album with original photographs depicting military scenes, soldiers, etc. An amazing group of military cards, historical in nature and covering movements and disposition of the vast Austrian Army throughout the European theater; a detailed inventory included
