1863 Rose of Washington unused patriotic cover with Rose enclosure, a most attractive hand painted three part design of Charles Magnus, fresh and crisp with bright colors on a nice white envelope (unopened, but with a small tear at bottom, slight toning on back), with the foldout Rose enclosure showing numerous scenes and monuments of Washington, D.C., printed in blue on the outside and in bronze on the inside, with Magnus imprint on the enclosure, fine (this cover is in a different design than the other unused example that is offered here, the printed portions of the three designs have different shading and the three figures are actually different)
