 | Lot #892 PHILIPPINES Postal Stationery 1879 50m first issue stationery card (Printed in Error), with full message, sent from Manila, April 11,1880 to Berlin, cancelled by oval of crosses. Front shows private company cachet and German receiver handstamp alongside to Manila dispatch cds, little card toning and abrasions at left, with arrival markings. An extremely rare commercial usage of this very rare stationery card (only 4 used cards recorded by Peterson & Lewis and A. Laiz), this one being the fifth & previously unrecorded. One the world's rarest stationery cards used and one of the crown jewels of Spanish Philippines
