1928 (19 May) cover from Ulan Bator to Harbin, with single 25m franking on back, charged on arrival 20c (pair of China 10c dark blue) postage due, addressee's name (Mr. Shulyak, a well known Russian stamp dealer was subsequently executed by NKVD during the 1945 Soviet invasion of Manchukuo) cut out from front of the envelope, fine appearance
