 | Lot #270 BHUTAN 1962 33ch bistre with country name and value in yellow, two distinct shades in sheets of 50, n.h., fine-v.f. This design was rejected because the featured character (Guru Rinpoche, who introduced Buddhism to Bhutan) was opposed to harming any living creature, including mosquitoes.
