1899 Liberty, 1p blue & black, center inverted, lower left sheet corner margin block of six, with part imprint and plate number (inverted as well), three stamps lightly hinged, others never hinged, each stamp pencil signed by Kneitchel, also with 2002 Philatelic Foundation Certificate noting a pinhole at bottom right stamp (really of no importance), fine-v.f. and impressive showpiece (YT 127a, catalogue value for hinged singles)
