1933 Balbo flight from Valencia Island to Rome. The Irish dispatch was cancelled because aviators could not land in Ireland owing to bad weather in Valencia. Green oval cachet and other hand markings were crossed out by the Irish Post Office after cancellation of the flight, cover franked with 2sh6p and 5sh (wide date issue), cancelled Belturbet (August 2, 1933), addressed to Rome, with Valencia Island (5 Aug) and Rome arrival (9 Aug), minor cover flaws, otherwise fine and quite scarce
