1888 (14 Aug) cover franked with 25c orange, rouletted 8, cancelled by "Cumana" cds to pay the rate to Curacao, where Netherlands Antilles 12 1/c orange was added (pasted over the Venezuela adhesive) to pay the rate to Caracas (a quicker method of delivery than by direct internal mail), addressee's name (staining) cleaned, otherwise fine and unusual combination (Cumana-Curacao-Caracas), with Peter Holcombe certificate
