One stamp (most likely another 45r) is missing and cover was carelessly opened at top, with closed tears, framed "Mit Luftpost" handstamp on front, but not flown, since from November 1922 to March 1923, the "Moscow-Konigsberg-Berlin" line was closed due to bad weather and correspondence was carried by train.
