The "Colonies & c. Art. 18." (referring to the relevant section of the Anglo-French Convention treating accountancy markings) was only in use during 1856 and is much scarcer than its predecessors, "12" and "13", rated 30 decimes by France, with appropriate transit and arrival pmks  | Price Realized $230.00 |
