 | Lot #723 BRITISH COMMONWEALTH INDIA 1854 4a red and blue, 5th Printing, Head III, Frame II, vertical pair (pos.5/11) cut to shape at top and bottom, used in 1856 on cover from Bombay to Cheltenham, cancelled by Bombay "1" diamond bars, with red framed "India Paid" and London 30.8.56 transits, Bombay departure and Cheltenham arrival postmarks on reverse, some toning and minor cover flaws (wax seal removed?), fine and rare usage with vertical pair on cover, with 2013 BPA certificate (SG 25)
