 | Lot #3309 R.S.F.S.R. 1923 Philately for Labor 1923 4r+4r on 5,000r silver overprint and surcharge, plate reconstruction (5x5), accomplished with 16 unused (two blocks of four, pos. 1-2, 6-7 and 16-17,21-22) and 9 used stamps, some cancelled on pieces, v.f. Position 6 with spaced year date "1 923", is included in the first block of four. A wonderful rarity, ex-Mikulski collection, with his 1990 certificate.
