1922 10,000r on 40r (size 38.5mm), red surcharge inverted, used in combination with black 5,000r on 1r orange, on back of a somewhat defective cover from Peschank, via Moscow (11 May 22) to Philadelphia. On arrival in the United States, the cover was charged "19 cents" postage due in New York. A rarity, one of only two known covers with inverted red surcharge 10,000r on 40r (illustrated in R.S.F.S.R, Specialized Catalogue of Postage Stamps 1918-1923, Standart Collection, 1997)
