| Lot #176 CHINA 1925 3 Cts surcharged in red on second Peking printing 4c slate gray, surcharge inverted, vibrant colors and strong impression of both basic stamp and surcharge contrasted by its bright white paper, small h.r., perfectly centered and very fine, signed Peter Holcombe. This is the rarest of the "Four Treasures of the Republic". Only ten examples of this error were originally discovered.
