Highlights are Offices in China (single volume), with better Forerunners and duplicated 5m Reichspost, Offices in Turkey with used 5m Reichspost type I, signed Buhler, German East Africa with selection of Witu Protectorate (identified by Michel numbers) and Occupation Issues, Kiauchau with duplicated Tsingtao Issue and two used "Mark" sets, Marianas with 5pf overprinted at 48 degree angle, plus much more. While condition is mixed, with some faults noted, the overall quality is fine-v.f., with expert signatures noted (questionable items not counted).
