 | Lot #777 BRITISH COMMONWEALTH FALKLAND ISLANDS 1964 50th Anniversary of the Battle of Falkland Islands, 6d H.M.S. "Glasgow", error of vignette ( instead of H.M.S. "Kent"), l.h., v.f., one of only 17 known, with 2011 Royal certificate. According to Stanley Gibbons, the error occurred when the vignette of the 2 1/2p was included amongst the supply of the 6p value. "There have been seventeen reports of stamps showing the error, although it is believed that some of these may refer to the same example."
