 | Lot #1722 VATICAN CITY 1934 surcharges, 1,30 on 1,25L blue, small figures "30" in "1.30", thin surcharge, prepared but never issued, n.h., perfectly centered, fresh and v.f., pencil signed A.Diena etc., with 2006 "Grande Rarita" Raybaudi cert. Only one sheet of 100 of these sample surcharges were printed and sold by error.
