From there, the cover was redirected to Mexico, again via London (Dec 8), arriving in N.Laredo on 30th December, filing fold away from the stamps, v.f. The definitive series was issued on 10th August and both domestic and foreign rates went up more that a hundred times on August 15 and August 25th respectively. They are extremely rare on cover, this being a remarkable destination and routing, undoubtedly a gem of RSFSR philately
