 | Lot #415 FEZZAN French Occupation 1943 surcharged on Italian Libya 0.50c-50fr the complete set of nine, mostly l.h., well centered, fine-v.f., with 2009 Sorani certificate. A rare set (YT 2-10, cat. Euro 15,335). Fezzan was a province under the Ottoman Turks and beginning in 1911 it was occupied by Italy.
