Only one pane of 100 stamps (for each value) was prepared for display at the Paris and Pan American Expositions, with most handstamped "Specimen"; some copies were signed "Special Surcharge" in pencil by stamp dealer J.M. | Lot #96 UNITED STATES POSSESSIONS GUAM 1912 (6 Feb) legal size envelope franked with 1c-$1, also two 10c Special delivery and 1c and 2c Postage Dues, total of 15 stamps, apparently a representation of one of each stamps available at the post office, tied by multiple "Guam Guam Feb 6" cds, with Wm. E. Peck & Co label, occasional toned spots, cover folded between stamps, fine. An unusual and rare cover, one of only a few recorded with high value franking
