 | Lot #2062 RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO KHERSON 1911 (Jan) 5k green stationery entire envelope (slightly reduced at bottom), petition of peasant to local court, sent from an area nearest to Yavkino village, oval "Yavkinsk Zemsk. Pochtovyj Punkt," dated 3 January, addressed to Zaselie village, fine. The 5k rate was in effect from May 1, 1895 until 1917.
