1858 (21 Apr) FL from Warszawa to Strzemieszyce, franked with imperf. 10k brown and blue, margins all around, close but clear at top, small faults, used twice (postal fraud), cancelled by pen and "1" in concentric circles, red departure postmark alongside; stamp lifted and replaced and probably did not originate on this cover (the issue is clouded due to postal fraud, so possibly a perforated 10k was used on this cover prior). Accompanied by a copy of the arcticle by Vincent Domanski and Steven G. Rich describing this cover as the "earliest recorded usage of Russia Number One in Poland." Sold as is
