 | Lot #2114 POLAND POLAND Number 1 - numeral cancellations 1860 (73) Lublin, 10k blue and carmine rose, used twice (postal fraud), usual centering, with intact perforations, tied by small numerals in concentric circles on outer FL to Warszawa, indistinct departure, with red arrival (4/8) and "9/R" (9:00am) time handstamps, signed and dated (2/8/61) by "Rabbi Fishel Morgenstern" (son of Menachem Mendel Morgensztern of Kotzk, better known as the Kotzker Rebbe, famous Hasidic rabbi and leader), also with faint traces of Hebrew text, largely faded or washed out (to re-use the letter), signed "F.S."
