 | Lot #1017 MEXICO 1856 (25 November) outer FL from Oaxaca to Pontevedra, Spain franked with 1r yellow, blue “0” marking probably in La Havana indicating there was no value, and re-rated to “4 R” on arrival in Spain to be collected from the addressee, fine and very rare with first rate. Stated to be one of only 2 maritime letters known from Oaxaca with this issue to a European destination, with 2012 Mepsi certificate.
