 | Lot #1584 TANNU TUVA 1933 (25 March) registered cover (opened for display) from Kizil to Harbin, franked on back with a horizontal strip of 3x15k/6k orange (large figures of value 6,7mm), used in combination with fiscal "O.K.T.E" surcharges incl. 1 kop on 15k red brown top sheet margin strip of three, plus on front with block of 4x5 kop on 6k orange, all tied by Kizil departure pmks, with additional 28.3.33 cds alongside, framed "Kizil-Tuva" registration "label" added by hand, with "Lupin, Manchuria 14.5.33" (extremely rare postmark) transit and Harbin arrival pmks, with17.5.33 docketing by hand, fine-v.f.
