| Lot #871 BRITISH COMMONWEALTH FALKLAND ISLANDS 1889 1d red brown (imperf. at bottom) and 4d olive gray black (imperf. at right), diagonal half of each, cancelled together on small piece, fine, with 1958 BPA cert. In 1891 the postage to the United Kingdom was reduced from 4d to 2 1/2d perf half ounce.
