 | Lot #273 MARITIME MAIL IN THE AMERICAS ECUADOR 1862 (1 May) small cover from Southampton to Guayaquil, franked with two wing-margin pairs of 6p pale lilac, with London transit and Panama May 22 arrival postmark. From Colon, the mails were carried across Panama and south by the Pacific Steam Navigation Company steamers.
