 | Lot #1405 RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO SAPOZHOK 1890 (20 Apr) registered combination cover (slightly reduced at left) from a village in the Sapozhok district, franked on back with 10k black and dark green, pen cancelled, sent via the district post office where 3x7k Imperial adhesives were added for delivery to Ryazan, with arrival (21 Apr), filing folds through two of the stamps, also some cover defects, with Melnikov cert.
