RUSSIA - ZEMSTVO SAPOZHOK
1889 (7 Jan) small cover franked on back with 5k black and red (Schmidt 2), initially not cancelled as usual (before 1890 stamps were cancelled by ink and pen cross, if at all), sent via the district capital where Imperial 7k was added and cancelled by blue "Sapozhok - Ryazan gouv" cds (cancel also partly tying the Zemstvo adhesive), paying charges to Bogorodsk, via Moscow, with transit (8 Jan) pmk alongside, arriving the same day (cancel also partly tying the Sapozhok stamp), transferred to Zemstvo post with Bogorodsk 5k red (Schmidt 48, Chuchin 46) affixed (10 Jan) to pay for local delivery to a resident in a small church village Sukhoponakh, fine and apparently unique triple combination cover, ex-Stenshinski, with Dr.Greis cert. ("such triple frankings are very rare, especially with a Sapozhok Zemstvo stamp. It is a world rarity and I know no other cover of this kind - Sapozhok+Imperial+ Bogorodsk.")
