 | Lot #80 COLOMBIA Air Post 1922 surcharged "30 Cent" in violet on 10c yellow, l.h., fresh and fine, signed Stolow. This rare provisional surcharge was issued in Bogota on May 5, 1922, due to a sudden shortage of the 30c value.
