 | Lot #536 HUNGARY 1921 5,000k dark green and pale blue, Madonna and Child, center inverted, very well centered and fresh, tied on small piece of registered envelope (with Budapest 85 number 932 label) clear January 21, 1925 pmk, closed tear at left, otherwise v.f. One sheet of 100 with inverted center was found in a tobacco store, used by an insurance agency in Budapest in January 1925. According to legend, about 80 pieces were sold before the error was discovered, many postally used at Post Office 85, with remainder turned over to the National Postal Museum.
