 | Lot #536 URUGUAY 1895 25c red brown and black, center inverted, horizontal pair, left stamp with a small thin, nibbed perfs, otherwise fine, with 1999 APS cert. It is believed that only 40 examples were sold at a post office counter before the error was discovered, and the remaining copies were destroyed.
