 | Lot #85 CHINA Local Issues 1946 Manchukuo Bo Tsing Locals, Skull and Crossbones surcharged $100 (blue), $5 on $100 violet brown, $30 on $100 orange brown, $50 on $100 red violet, four matching blocks of four, each se-tenant with upper right stamp with center inverted, n.h., fine-v.f. and rare, with 2008 Royal certificates. After the surrender of Japan, Tse Wen Tung, a leader of anti-Japanese guerillas in Northeast China occupied Bo Tsing and 20 other counties.
