1899 Liberty, 5p orange and black Liberty, inverted center, block of ten with selvage at both sides, rich colors, full original gum, six stamps never hinged, with 2002 PFC, a magnificent showpiece item, only 50 (!) printed, this is the largest known multiple of this error which actually represents 20 per cent of the entire known issue (Kneitchel records this unique block of 10 as "Piezas Notables") (YT 128a; catalogue value for hinged singles)

This is the complete set of inverted centers from this issue, each in unusually nice condition (in fact Diena mentions that most of these errors were recovered from printer's waste and are usually "crumpled") (YT 148/61var)
